Great fit **BUT** this dress has tiny black beads that sparkle like diamonds. Really pretty but that that detail kept me from wearing it to the conference I wanted it for. Really well made and lovely.

For the short pear shaped woman…this is a great dress for work. The white collar can come off. The dress is plaid and I loved the gold buttons. There are little black plastic dots that shimmer when the light hits it. It makes a work dress a little more special.

Love this Sandro dress! I wouldn’t normally wear a black top under it but am to work because it’s so cold. Would be better without the arms covered. It has some sparkle. I might buy! I’m in between sizes so I opted for bigger and it’s a tad roomy.

This dress was so out of my comfort zone but so fun! If I was a full time in office worker, this would definitely be kept. Overall I thought it fit really nicely, it is a BIT tight in the shoulder arm area but nothing too noticeable or bothersome.

I loved this dress so much, I kept it a whole month! I even wore it for our Christmas cards. This dress has a “Corporate Barbie” feel but it has tiny sparkles that you can’t tell from the picture. It’s ADORABLE!!

Adorable dress. Runs true to size but is a little bit short. Material is slightly sparkly which I did not realize in advance. I love it!

This dress was so comfortable and beautiful. The shimmer gives it additional interest without being too much. It is also great length and very comfortable. I will say be aware of the makeup you are wearing because of the white collar, it can transfer easily and get dirty. Would totally rent again!

I love this dress but giving it 4 stars because it’s not flattering on my body type. I wore it with a belt bag and it instantly looked better. I suggest wearing a belt bag or belt to define your waist if you’re pear shaped like me. Slay rating 7/10

there’s oddly glitter throughout it? Was a bit boxy / didn’t love but maybe belted it would be better… but then also could get too short.

The hip area was weird for me bc I have wide hips. Wasn’t into this vibe with the collar and all so didn’t wear. It’s okay.

I wrestled for weeks on buying this but ultimately decided not to because its a bit to schoolgirl. Fun to wear once but not something i needed in permanent rotation. This dress was so fun and fit so well! It does have sequins on it that I don't think a lot of people notice on here before renting.

I could have gotten a 36 but i enjoyed the loose fit
