I wore this top to a conference and I loved that it was both professional and fun. The print has a 70s vibe that can easily be dressed up or down. It was a little difficult to put on at first because of how RTR attaches the inner tank to the outer shell, but once it was on it wasn’t uncomfortable.

Lots of compliments on this top. It was very blousy so I could have sized down but it still worked fine.

Loved the blouse. However, the cami that goes under the garment was attached to the blouse, which wasn’t originally designed that way. It made it difficult to put on.

I paired it with wide leg white pants and it was perfect for a full day of meetings. Unsure I would wear it outside of a professional setting but was great for work day to a dinner event. The color was gorgeous.

Size up and know that the tank is attached which makes it tricky to get on and off.

A bit hard to get it on because there is a tank that is snapped on the inside. I needed an extra small, but the material doesn’t have any stretch so it was kinda hard getting it on and off.

I liked the pattern but it was too big on me. It was sheer on top layer and came with an attached under tank..

A really solid work shirt, except for the fact that it has an attached internal sheer tank (which is slightly visible in my pic). It took me too long to get the inner tank untwisted and into it successfully. Would be SO much better without the attached inner tank. The top otherwise was cute!

I could have gone with a size large as it is true to size, but wasn't sure so I sized up and that was fine too. Cute and casual top. Can be dressed down with jeans or up for work.

This shirt was great to wear to work and out to dinner. The cami was a little small underneath so tended to ride up a bit under the shirt, but otherwise I loved the look and fit of the top!

It doesn't look hard but it has two pieces and the bodice is sewn on the shirt and requires maneuvering to put it on. But very cute once it's on!

Very blue in real life and comfortable for work. Breezy and light with a slip camisole underneath.

This is a great piece. I shy away from 100% polyester these days for a variety of reasons but this blouse is well-tailored and appeared luxurious while remaining crisp throughout the day. I understand the frustrations folks have with the inside camisole but it was great not to have to have a separate with straps sliding around. It also has a hidden snap feature to capture bra straps in the shoulder seam.

Size up if you want a more blousy fit.

Can be worn open at the neck, or buttoned up for more conservative look.
