The fabric of this skirt was a little thinner than I was expecting. I tried wearing leggings underneath but the fabric clung too much. So I think this skirt is better for more temperate weather. Shiny stretchy fabric with an elastic waistband make this a very comfortable wear, but I wish with that traditional pattern that it had more substance. I felt that a light blouse went better with the fabric than a sweater myself, and a belt pulled it all together. Overall it was a comfortable modest and stylish skirt that I enjoyed wearing!

I loved layering patterns with this piece to a maximalist style. Later I styled it to a more neutral look, with fewer layers and had just as much fun. I do think it ran a bit large because the skirt sat lower on the waist than would be normal for a skirt that length. I would size down if I rented it again.

Super versatile, you can dress it up or down. I got a size bigger but it still worked with a belt.

Wore for Xmas parties and work events - loved

Made me feel put together and seasonally appropriate! I'm usually a 4-6 in pants and went with a 4 for this skirt - but because it lands at the waist and flows slightly generously around the hips, I think I'd go with a 2 next time.

Perfect skirt for my sister’s classic themed baby shower. The fit was flattering and body skimming without being staticky. I pulled it up to sit at my natural waist and used the belt to cinch it in place but it could have been worn lower on the hips as well. Excellent quality that I’ve come to expect from RL!

I literally wore this skirt on three separate occasions to work, out to dinner with my husband and to my friends Orchestra concert. It looks so cute styled with black boots or silver flats. I did both it also does not wrinkle and it has an elastic waistband so it’s very comfortable.

Such a pretty, silky skirt. May not look like much, but I got a lot of compliments on it and it doesn’t wrinkle easily which is a huge plus.

size 6 still fit really well but i would have kept if was size 4.

I do think this runs a bit small, but it is an elastic waist band so once I shimmied it over my hips it was fine. It has a bit of sheen to the fabric. It is predominately navy and dark green with white accents but I also think there are black stripes throughout. I wore it with black and thought it looked great

They didn’t have the 4 so it was either the 2 or the 6 and I’m really glad I went with the 6! There’s no zipper so it’s quite comfy. Lots of compliments

Beautiful for the holidays. Fit true to size, if not slightly big. Came with a couple of pulls on the back of the skirt, but they weren't super noticeable.

The best black, navy, dark green and white plaid and such a light weight silky fabric. It's so easy to wear. Something was off with the fit for me. It's slip on with a high quality elastic band waist. I got the size 8 and am 138 pounds with a 30 inch waist and 37 inch hips in these photos and the waist was too loose. Ralph Lauren generally runs a bit large anyway but it wasn't that it was too big, just not fitted enough at the waist and then the side seams were a little awkward and pokey on the hips. This is a very nitpicking review - I still liked the skirt and wore it twice. I just didn't love it like I would've had the fit been better.

I really enjoyed this skirt. I wore it for a holiday lunch at work when I wanted something other than my usual red or green look. It looked great with the navy Quince cashmere Jenny Kayne Cooper look alike. Polished and comfortable.

I recreated the exact look for a polo club, Ralph Lauren’s inspired luncheon and this skirt was exactly as I imagined. I typically wear a 6 but wore a 4. A 6 would have been way too big! Great staple skirt and easy to layer with!
