I wore a sheer shirt under it for a work event - so many compliments and was really comfortable

I loved this piece got so many compliments. I will add out makeup on after you put it on I did have to wash the top part because I got the neckline covered with powder.

I could wear the large but it was tight. The Xl was a better fit if you're on the hourglass side like me. I got a ton of compliments though.

Loved this dress. It’s comfy & stylish. The skirt is a little long but made it work with boots.

As always for the short pear shaped woman. I am always worried that midi doesn’t work for me. This dress proves that wrong. It is slimming. It’s a short leather skirt that is eye catching and a sweater top. I wore it with tights and booties or heals. The sneakers were it was unseasonably warm. It’s very sophisticated. I wore it to a work party and Christmas Day brunch so it’s versatile.

This is a flattering with a fun little edge to a black work dress. Note, it has a side zip. I didn’t realize until I struggled to put it on! The skirt is soft and lined inside. I’d prefer more of a sleeve for warmth and coverage.

I felt extra put together in this mixed fabric dress by Boss. Trends upscale casual, good for the transition from work to post work drinks and dinner. It was hard to get on and off, but once on fit beautifully and was comfortable.

The dress is great but the top was large on me too the point where you could see my bra from the baggy sides. I am usually a small, and a 6. I got a medium and it was way too big

This piece had a lot of potential but I think the fit would more flattering if it was just the skirt. As a single dress, I felt like silhouette just want flattering- too boxy. I don’t end up wearing it.

If you run between a large and medium in dresses, I'd size up here. If you go between a medium and a small, this will probably work. Zipper is tricky but overall this is just fun, comfy, and effortless to style. Big fan.
