Ok, so I had no idea that it was sheer so I wore it to a date night instead of a day time charity function like originally planned. Very fun, and very firm fitting. Different than anything I would ever wear, but a great rental v a buy!

This dress is very sheer, and you need a slip or something under it. I liked it and felt it was perfect for an outdoor wedding. It highlights your curves, but the rushing hides some imperfections.

Loved this dress! I loved the pattern, the unique seams and ruching, and how comfortable it was. For comparison, I typically wear a size 6 or 8 in jeans, S or M in tops, and am a 36C or 34D. I ordered a size 40 based on what was available and thought it fit well. The fabric is very stretchy and forgiving if you are between sizes or need some extra space. As others have mentioned, the material is VERY sheer. I purchased a nude colored slip which worked perfectly. In person, I thought the material looked more yellow-toned, but didn't notice that at all once I had it on. I would definitely order this one again!

I didn’t find this too shear. I wore a nude bra and underwear and was fine, even standing in the sun. This dress was such a great surprise; I received so many compliments. I wore the size 38 as the 40 seemed a bit loose.

I liked this dress so much more than I anticipated. The ruching is flattering and a bit funky. I thought the print might seem a bit dumpy but it’s actually really pretty. The one downside is that it’s unlined and a pinch see through. I decided to just go for it though!

This ties into the shear dress trend if you want it to… but I wore a slip underneath. Loved this dress — would be amazing for travel as it won’t wrinkle and you could wear it a dozen ways. Very versatile!

Loved this dress and got a lot of compliments in it, but it is sheer, I couldn’t even wear pasties because you could see the whole outline. Ended up wearing strapless bra and spanx that went knee to bra line!

You need a slip for this dress — it’s completely shear. The cut/draping accentuates curves and makes for a flattering silhouette.

I love seeing and wearing cool new prints but sometimes they are too much. This dress was perfect the dress wasn’t too overwhelming and paired well with a leather jacket. I wish I had a better slip to wear then a white sleep gown dress. But it looked fantastic anyways. The chest and hip areas were too large. It made the button part by the neck of the dress lay offset. If I had a bigger chest the two leg ruffles would have laid better. Still a great piece.

This dress was stunning — very elegant and fit like a glove. The only downside was that the fabric was a bit sheer, so I’d recommend pairing it with a body con slip dress.

To say this dress is sheer is an understatement. I unfortunately rented this at the wrong time of year, so I ended up having to cover most of it with a sweater when I wore it out. However, with the right undergarments it really was stunning. I may rent it again in the summer. It's a little confusing to get aligned correctly, but once you do, it hugs in all the right places.

There is no lining so it’s completely see through. You can get away with nude under garments but I ended up not wearing because it was a family event and it felt inappropriate when there was back light and you could see my entire profile. Would have worn on a sexy date if I’d had the opportunity.

This is too casual for a truly formal event, in my opinion, because of the color and the short sleeves. The length and the ruching (especially on the butt) helped dress it up a bit. As others noted, it must be worn with a slip.

wore this to a christening, I followed the suggestions of previous reviews and bought a slip to go underneath. I would highly recommend doing so, it is see through and I would not have worn this to any event if I didn't have a slip. It was super comfortable and was really happy how it fit/was flattering.

This is the second time I’ve rented this dress. It is unique, and fits beautifully. I always get so many compliments. I actually wore it to my son’s wedding. I recommend wearing a long slip. I got mine at Amazon.
